About our program:
Are you seeking a hands-on Industry-Based Learning Placement? Join our paid student program and immerse yourself in real-world business challenges within our Australian operations. This opportunity is designed to integrate your academic studies with practical experience, providing transformative exposure across various business disciplines.
Explore the range of tasks on offer as part of the Continuous Improvement role:
Support process owners in SCM about tools and systems.
Understand the process impact of new tools/ system change requests.
Data collection and report generation.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA): understand business requirement, build, deploy and manage software robots to automate manual processes.
Provide information about related inventory levels and manage bottlenecks / back orders / overstocks / expiries as required.
Design new relational database based on current/future reporting need.
Follow-up of open incidents (bugs) and change requests in the internal tools.
Keep up ICS (Internal Control System) by understand global requirements for critical processes, follow-up year timeline and support process owners to create/ update mitigation procedures in the core processes.
Coordinating process improvements in SCM: identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, as well as intaking change, improvement requests and process automatization needs.
Provide daily support in process, data analysis and KPI measurement.

Desired Skills and Experience
Must have full working rights in Australia.
Currently studying and undertaking a placement as part of study in Supply Chain Logistics / Engineering / Data Science / Computer Science or similar
Ability to build and maintain productive and positive relationships within a diverse environment.
Ability and willingness to seek information, apply context, and share knowledge.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Robust MS Excel knowledge
Aptitude in UI and UX design
Coding knowledge (desirable)
