Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on HR-related legislative, regulatory, and policy changes, ensuring compliance across our Australia & NZ operations.
  • Provide expert guidance to Directors, Managers, and Team Leaders on recruitment, performance management, workplace matters, and terminations.
  • Implement global employee development strategies that foster continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Monitor organizational culture and employee experience, driving initiatives to enhance engagement and mitigate risks in collaboration with our Health and Safety Advisor.
  • Contribute to policy development and ensure alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate our Induction Program and onboarding workflow to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.
  • Support management in maintaining position descriptions, HR systems, and employee records.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure data accuracy.
  • Champion a culture of health and safety by adhering to and promoting Workplace Health & Safety policies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to HR initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Ability to implement organization-wide HR initiatives that drive business success.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent).
