Key Responsibilities
Stay informed on HR-related legislative, regulatory, and policy changes, ensuring compliance across our Australia & NZ operations.
Provide expert guidance to Directors, Managers, and Team Leaders on recruitment, performance management, workplace matters, and terminations.
Implement global employee development strategies that foster continuous learning and professional growth.
Monitor organizational culture and employee experience, driving initiatives to enhance engagement and mitigate risks in collaboration with our Health and Safety Advisor.
Contribute to policy development and ensure alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate our Induction Program and onboarding workflow to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.
Support management in maintaining position descriptions, HR systems, and employee records.
Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure data accuracy.
Champion a culture of health and safety by adhering to and promoting Workplace Health & Safety policies.
