Our Australia/New Zealand Consumer Touchpoint Team is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract (parental leave cover).

Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance the performance of our brand portfolio of Bosch, Siemens, NEFF and Gaggenau appliances across digital communication channels in Australia and New Zealand. In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving executional excellence across various digital touchpoints for our brands, with particular emphasis on advanced email marketing management and content management across our suite of brand websites. Your responsibility for managing these critical touchpoints offers you the opportunity to make a measurable impact in converting consumers into customers, providing value-added experiences throughout the online journey and strengthening customer loyalty.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Consumer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering impactful results.
  • Experience in navigating and setting up e-mail marketing workflows in Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent content writing and publishing skills across websites and email marketing streams.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Strong time management skills adhering to deadlines and business requirements.
  • Proactive work ethic with a strong drive to execute high-impact content.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset to partner with the broader Marketing team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate discussions between internal stakeholders, incl. other Marketing teams and Sales team for enhanced brand presence and conversion.
