This role sits at the heart of our showroom and plays a key part in how our brands are experienced.

You’ll be the design subject matter expert, leading conversations with architects, designers, developers and commercial partners, while also delivering outstanding service to retail partners and end consumers.

You’ll balance consultative sales, product demonstrations and event support - all in a beautifully presented, hands-on environment.

What you’ll be doing 

• Delivering premium consultations for appointments and walk-in customers

• Leading design and specification conversations with A&D professionals

• Presenting and demonstrating BSH products with confidence and credibility

• Building strong relationships across the design, commercial and retail space

• Supporting and hosting showroom events, launches and activations

• Preparing quotes, managing CRM data and following up enquiries

• Supporting the day-to-day operation and presentation of the showroom
