Love teaching? Love great products? Love seeing the lightbulb moment when someone finally “gets it”?

At BSH Home Appliances, we’re looking for a National Product Trainer who can turn world-class home appliances into unforgettable learning experiences for our teams, our partners, and our customers across New Zealand.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role based in our Auckland showroom, with national reach and real influence on how our brands of Bosch, Neff, and Gaggenau show up in market.

Job Description

What is involved?? No two days are the same, but you’ll be:

  • Designing and delivering engaging product training (in-person, virtual and e-learning)
  • Bringing global and AU content to life for the NZ market – culturally, commercially and practically
  • Leading product launch training so teams are confident from day one
  • Coaching retail, sales, service and partner teams nationwide
  • Using real-world scenarios to explain not just how products work, but why
  • Building learning paths from beginner to expert
  • Measuring training effectiveness and continuously improving content
  • Making our Auckland showroom a best-in-class training hub

If you enjoy presenting, explaining, demonstrating and adapting on the fly, you’ll thrive here.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who are we looking for?

You don’t need to tick every box, but ideally you’ll bring:

  • Experience in training, facilitation or coaching (retail, technical or product-based is ideal)
  • Confidence presenting to diverse audiences – from sales teams to designers and end users
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to simplify complex information
  • Retail sales floor or product experience
  • Great organisation and planning skills
  • A collaborative, down-to-earth style – people enjoy learning from you

Bonus points if you’ve worked with appliances, technical products, food/cooking, or adult learning frameworks.

Sound like you? Apply now and help shape how New Zealand learns, sells, and experiences our products
