Job Description

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of project sales orders and quotations, including the accurate entry and ongoing management of data and schedules in consultation with customers and commercial partners. The position works closely with internal BSH departments and external parties, such as warehouses, to ensure project business customer requirements are effectively followed up and delivered. In collaboration with Commercial Sales, Planning, Logistics and other key stakeholders, the role also actively identifies and supports opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Customer Service orientation with a “can do” attitude, showing initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility and people skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Microsoft Computer Skills Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with customer contact, preferably in Order Management/customer service fields

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a similar environment
  • Product knowledge of home appliances
  • SAP knowledge
