Desired Skills and Experience
Strategic Retail Marketing
Experience in retail marketing strategy, including channel planning, distribution strategy, and campaign formulation
Ability to translate strategic goals into tactical programs and annual retail marketing plans
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving brand growth and profitable sales
Campaign & Promotion Management
Experience planning and executing multi-channel retail campaigns and promotional activities
Data analysis and insight to be able to measure campaign impact and optimise results
Coordination with internal teams (Sales, Category, Controlling) and external retail partners
Consumer & Trade Marketing
Expertise in visual merchandising and retail execution across online and offline touchpoints
Experience in trade marketing communications, new product launches, and retailer education programs
Ability to lead promotional asset creation, distribution, and activation
Leadership & Team Management
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team
Experience conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and integrating team members in decision-making
