Job Description
We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Acquisition & eCommerce Specialist to drive performance marketing across search and shopping channels in Australia and New Zealand. Success in this role is defined by intercepting the digital purchase journey of in-market consumers with a clear value proposition. You will drive our Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) acquisition and e-Retail optimization activities. You’ll work closely with our media agency, but this is not a coordination‑only role — strong platform knowledge, the ability to embed search within the broader digital marketing strategy, and a genuine focus on performance optimisation are essential.
This role is well suited to candidates coming from a performance media agency or hands‑on in‑house performance marketing background, who enjoy shaping search strategy and turning commercial objectives into measurable results.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit within our consumer touchpoint marketing team at the intersection of performance marketing, ecommerce and brand — owning execution and optimisation across key digital acquisition touchpoints.
Performance marketing & paid search
Translate business objectives and commercial priorities into clear SEA strategies, briefs and optimisation roadmaps across the Google Ads suite in close partnership with our media agency
Analyse and report on performance data (traffic, conversion, ROAS) and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign structure, keywords, creative and landing pages, meeting global brand and media guidelines
Product feed & ecommerce optimisation
Actively manage and optimise product feeds ensuring accuracy, quality and performance readiness
Partner with internal teams to improve product content, availability and conversion drivers
Support D2C and selected retailer ecommerce performance across key online sales moments
Agency & internal stakeholder collaboration
Act as a strong in‑house performance lead when working with our media agency
Partner closely with internal stakeholders across brand, content, CRM, ecommerce and global teams to ensure consistency of brand and promotional messaging across channels
Translate business objectives into clear performance briefs, delivery plans and measurable KPIs

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and practical — comfortable in platforms, curious about performance, confident working with agencies and in a corporate environment.
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
3–5 years’ relevant experience in performance marketing in a performance media agency, consumer durables, appliance retailer marketing or similar industries.
Consumer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering impactful results.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen)
Experience working with Google Merchant Center and product feed tools
Strong understanding of on-site and ecommerce conversion metrics (ROAS, CPA, AOV)
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance, summarize key insights and recommend improvements
Proactive work ethic with a strong drive to execute high-impact campaigns.
Confident communicator who can challenge, collaborate and influence
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset to partner with the broader Marketing team
