Job Description

About the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Media & Content Specialist to drive performance marketing across paid media channels in Australia and New Zealand. Success in this role is defined by delivering brand growth, achieving brand positioning targets, and supporting sales through the execution of both paid and organic media activity for BSH brands across video, display, audio, social media, partnerships and ATL.

You will manage the end-to-end implementation of our media presence, from content deployment through to reporting and analytics. This includes actively managing media investment, analysing performance data, and implementing ongoing optimisations to maximise results against KPIs, in collaboration with our local and global agency partners. This role is well suited to candidates from a performance media agency background or hands-on in-house experience who enjoy shaping paid media strategy and translating commercial objectives into measurable results.

  • Support marketing activations — including giveaways and promotions — through paid and organic media
  • Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels
  • Respond to community interactions and escalate issues in line with BSH guidelines

Agency Management

  • Liaise with internal and external agencies to support content creation, localisation, launches, promotions, and sponsorships
  • Build and maintain strong, effective agency partnerships
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact with media agencies to review performance and ensure cohesive campaign execution

Data, Insights & Performance

  • Continuously monitor paid media campaigns, competitor activity, and key performance metrics across all platforms
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Make data-driven decisions, optimising targeting,  creative, and budget allocation to maximise KPIs
  • Manage tracking infrastructure including unique tracking codes and on-site pixel implementation through global teams to ensure accurate measurement
  • Contribute to the refinement of digital strategies, championing a data-first mindset

What we offer:

  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic team across Australia and New Zealand on a multi-brand portfolio of four well-established global brands.
  • Hybrid work environment that supports collaboration, idea sharing, and cross-functional teamwork
